What you will do

• Lead end-to-end video production including scriptwriting, storyboarding, and directing.
• Operate professional mirrorless cameras (FX3, A7IV, A6600) to capture high-quality footage.
• Edit raw footage using Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, including color grading and sound design.
• Manage production equipment inventory and perform basic photography duties.
• Collaborate with creative teams and stakeholders to develop content strategies for various platforms.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain organized project archives and records.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in video production and editing, preferably in a broadcast environment.
• Public Trust clearance required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar professional editing software.
• Strong understanding of video production equipment, including lighting and audio gear.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Alexandria, VA.
• Ability to lift and carry production equipment as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with After Effects for motion graphics and visual effects.
