Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Walnut Creek, CA; requires 3 days a week in office)

What you will do

• Supervise and mentor a team of content creators and editors, setting performance goals and fostering accountability.
• Act as the primary strategic bridge and point of contact for external video agencies and production houses.
• Lead hands-on production, including lighting, audio, and 4K cinema camera/DSLR operation.
• Edit raw footage into polished marketing assets such as explainer videos, product demos, and sizzle reels.
• Direct pre-production activities, including storyboarding and scriptwriting sessions.
• Maintain organized digital asset management and ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in video, photography, design, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in video production.
• 5 years of management experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and professional camera/lighting/audio equipment.
• Must be based in Walnut Creek, CA (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office).
• Diverse demo reel demonstrating mastery of high-end production value and quick-turn marketing content.

• Agency or in-house production experience.
