What you will do

• Produce high-quality video content for marketing, product education, webinars, and podcasts using AI-driven workflows.
• Develop and optimize AI agents to automate scripting, editing, transcription, and metadata generation.
• Repurpose long-form content into optimized short-form clips for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
• Manage onsite studio operations, including camera operation, lighting, and AV setup for interviews and events.
• Implement AI-powered analytics to monitor content performance and optimize engagement and retention.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to develop impactful visual assets.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in video production, digital marketing content, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Dallas.
• Proven experience building AI-assisted production workflows and using generative AI tools.
• Experience with onsite production environments including lighting, audio, cameras, and livestreaming.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, pacing, and professional editing capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Descript, Canva, or equivalent AI-powered creative tools.
