What you will do

• Create visually engaging multimedia assets, including graphics, animations, videos, and motion graphics for digital learning.
• Collaborate with creative leadership and instructional designers to transform learning objectives into polished visual solutions.
• Develop detailed storyboards, wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Design intuitive user interfaces that balance aesthetics, accessibility (WCAG), and user-centered design principles.
• Prepare production-ready assets and implementation guidelines for seamless handoff to development teams.
• Present creative concepts to internal teams and external stakeholders, incorporating feedback to maintain quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience creating high-quality visual, multimedia, or interactive digital content.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience designing interfaces and prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, and responsive design principles.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience working with instructional design teams or eLearning platforms.
• Familiarity with rapid authoring tools.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, or interactive web development concepts.
