What you will do

• Lead buy-side and sell-side transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures within the healthcare industry.
• Direct financial due diligence, including Quality of Earnings, working capital assessments, and financial modeling.
• Act as primary advisor to executive leadership, private equity sponsors, and healthcare stakeholders.
• Manage multidisciplinary engagement teams to ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
• Develop executive-level presentations, diligence reports, and board materials.
• Drive business development through proposal leadership and client relationship management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MHA, CPA, or CFA is mandatory.
• 6+ years of experience in Transaction Advisory Services, Financial Due Diligence, or Healthcare Consulting.
• Proven track record leading complex healthcare transactions and financial modeling.
• Deep experience in sectors such as hospitals, physician practices, ASCs, MSOs, or healthcare IT.
• Ability to travel up to 25% depending on client and business needs.
