What you will do

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for risk and compliance solutions.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable product features and operational processes.
• Partner with Risk, Legal, Engineering, and Data teams to design compliance-by-design solutions.
• Identify business risks and implement systems to improve fraud detection and mitigation.
• Manage relationships with third-party compliance technology providers and evaluate integrations.
• Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure compliance performance and fraud trends.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 8+ years of experience in Product Management within fintech, risk, compliance, or payments.
• Deep knowledge of AML/CFT, sanctions, fraud prevention, and data privacy requirements.
• Proven ability to build and scale compliant products across multiple markets.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to collaborate with engineering and data teams.
• Experience with KYC platforms, transaction monitoring systems, or sanctions APIs.
