What you will do

• Manage day-to-day organization in Asana, including workflow management, request intake, and project hygiene.
• Build and maintain project documentation, status reports, and comprehensive process guides.
• Maintain and organize the team knowledge base in Guru to ensure information accuracy.
• Coordinate customer interviews, product feedback, and review processes.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and optimization recommendations.
• Analyze product usage data to identify and flag trends for the team.

Requirements

• Must be based in Latin America (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, or Colombia).
• Detail-oriented approach with experience building processes from scratch.
• Proficiency with Asana or comparable project management tools for workflow setup and tracking.
• Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into actionable reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with Mixpanel or Looker.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or Guru.
• Experience working within the tech or legal industries.
