TL;DR
IT Manager/Technology Product Owner (Salesforce): Managing and delivering Salesforce-centered products and platforms with an accent on event-driven business processes and stakeholder leadership. Focus on translating business needs into technical requirements, orchestrating delivery across cross-functional teams, and optimizing the event-to-Salesforce flow.
Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in office), Greater Boston Area, USA

What you will do
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog based on business impact and customer needs.
- Translate complex business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for the engineering team.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including UX, Analytics, and Engineering to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Manage team resourcing, onboarding, and accountability for hitting OKRs.
- Oversee integrations between Salesforce, Cvent, and other web properties.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, demos, and release planning.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in technology leadership.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud), specifically focusing on Campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Business Management.
- Experience working within pharma, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries.
- Proven track record of managing product backlogs and translating requirements into product visions.
Nice to have
- Experience with Cvent event management platform.
- Foundational skills in Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, or Intelligent Automation.
