Product Manager (Data Integration)

Location: Must be based in Menlo Park, CA or Bellevue, WA

Salary: $200,000 – $287,500

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for database and SaaS connectors from discovery to GA.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales to define requirements and manage the backlog.
• Lead strategic decisions on architecture transitions and TCO optimization.
• Improve field enablement via observability tools, dashboards, and sizing calculators.
• Utilize AI, SQL, and usage telemetry to inform prioritization and product decisions.
• Balance reliability, performance, and customer experience across a technical product area.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in data infrastructure, ETL/ELT, or data integration.
• Hands-on experience with Change Data Capture (CDC) and log-based replication.
• Proven track record of taking technical products from discovery to GA.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills in globally distributed teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ETL tools like Fivetran, Airbyte, HVR, Stitch, or Informatica.
• Experience creating field-facing artifacts such as pricing tools and sizing guides.
• Application of AI and GenAI workflows to accelerate product discovery and prioritization.
