Salary: $73,000 - $91,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead a team of verification specialists through performance management, coaching, and professional development.
• Track individual and team metrics, prepare weekly reports, and escalate critical issues to leadership.
• Analyze quality failures and conduct audits to ensure deliverables meet company standards and SLAs.
• Design and facilitate training programs on quality protocols and operational workflows.
• Partner with leadership on operational initiatives and ensure timely completion of cross-functional deliverables.

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience in call center management, operations, or team management.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• 2+ years of experience leading projects or peers to achieve common goals.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Nashville, TN (or other hub locations).
