Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 Annually

What you will do

• Provide technical oversight and hands-on design to develop and integrate TVC actuation systems.
• Lead trade studies to ensure designs meet physical, mechanical, and environmental requirements.
• Coordinate with prime customers, suppliers, and vendors throughout the development cycle.
• Manage development plans, schedules, and Basis of Estimates (BOE) for program tasks.
• Represent the organization as the primary technical contact within engineering teams.
• Guide and mentor less experienced professional staff in an advisory capacity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience with a Bachelor's or 5+ years with a Master's degree.
• 5 years of space system design experience.
• 3 years of experience leading technical teams.
• Experience in risk management, earned value management, and schedule development using Microsoft Project.
• Must have access to U.S. export-controlled information.
