What you will do

• Shadow and co-teach courses with senior instructors to develop delivery proficiency.
• Support technical training delivery for customers, partners, and employees.
• Assess individual and group training needs for assigned courses.
• Gather and analyze post-session feedback for continuous content improvement.
• Develop deep knowledge of hirify.global software products and technical concepts.
• Utilize instructional tools, LMS, and virtual delivery platforms like Zoom and Teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0–2 years of professional experience, including internships or academic teaching.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for facilitating group presentations.
• Ability to learn complex technical concepts and enablement tools quickly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience in training, education, or instructional facilitation.
• Exposure to SaaS or cybersecurity environments.
• Familiarity with IT principles and networking.
• Experience with virtual delivery tools such as Zoom or Teams.
