Instructional Designer (SaaS)

Instructional Designer (SaaS): Building and scaling the Wiz Academy through the production of end-to-end technical video courses and curricula with an accent on knowledge transfer for technical product skills. Focus on creating coherent training scripts, designing learning paths, and collaborating with SMEs to enable customers and internal teams.

What you will do

• Produce high-quality end-to-end video courses and training scripts.
• Develop and execute short video courses, including learning paths and curricula.
• Maintain and update the academy portal based on product modifications.
• Design infographics and architecture diagrams in collaboration with SMEs.
• Plan, deliver, and edit customer training webinars.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product training, instructional design, or tutorials.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS startup environment.
• Proficiency with Adobe Suite, Figma, Camtasia, and text-to-speech tools.
• Strong communication and design skills.
• Excellent English proficiency.
• Must have legal right to work in Israel without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in Cloud, Security, or Cloud Security.
