TL;DR

Regional Trainer (IP Surveillance): Delivering professional training programs for channel partners and customers in the Greater China market with an accent on IP network technologies and video surveillance solutions. Focus on localizing training materials, conducting classroom and webinar sessions, and providing technical marketing support to reinforce industry leadership.

Location: Must be based in or able to travel frequently across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China.

What you will do

Deliver professional training programs including Axis Academy courses, webinars, and trade show demonstrations.
Localize global training materials with relevant regional examples and industry trends.
Coordinate and host webinars tailored to regional partner and customer needs.
Collaborate with the Global Training team to enhance the training portfolio and develop new modules.
Provide technical marketing support to reinforce expertise in IP surveillance.
Manage training facilities and act as the primary point of contact for regional training matters.

Requirements

Minimum 7 years of technical experience, with at least 3 years in a training or instructional role.
Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is required for business and technical communication.
Solid understanding of IP networks, camera technologies, and traditional surveillance systems.
Excellent presentation and pedagogical skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China.
