What you will do

• Implement and oversee the revenue tech stack, managing tools such as Gong, Clari, and ZoomInfo/Ringlead.
• Collaborate with Salesforce administrators to optimize CRM data workflows, object models, and SFDC hygiene.
• Architect and maintain automated lead routing, scoring, and enrichment processes within Ringlead.
• Manage cross-system integrations via APIs, including field mapping and error handling.
• Evaluate the current GTM tech stack to recommend consolidations or new tool additions.
• Educate the GTM team on optimized workflows and new platform features.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in a RevOps or Technical System Analyst role.
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration (objects, flows, permissioning, and reporting).
• 2+ years of experience building cross-system integrations and managing data quality processes.
• Strong knowledge of deduplication, normalization, and data governance strategies.
• Experience with project management, UAT, and stakeholder requirement gathering.
• Must be based in Mexico and available to work EST business hours.
