What you will do
- Act as the primary technical SME for the Ignition platform, focusing on configuration, workflows, and data structures.
- Analyze API logs and system data using Databricks to diagnose root causes of operational issues.
- Bridge the gap between Customer Excellence, Managed Services, and Product/Engineering teams to align on priorities.
- Create test environments to replicate customer scenarios and deliver live "show and tell" demonstrations.
- Identify platform constraints and functional gaps to feed structured insights into product roadmaps.
- Coach and train internal specialists on platform usage and best practices to build team capability.
Requirements
- Strong experience with complex enterprise platforms, specifically in configuration and support.
- Proficiency with APIs, system integrations, and data analysis tools.
- Background in customer operations, service delivery, or managed services environments.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom to support hybrid office attendance.
