What you will do

• Deliver occupational health programs and conduct risk assessments across multiple U.S. locations.
• Administer medical surveillance programs, including pre-placement, periodic, and return-to-work evaluations.
• Review industrial hygiene reports and implement exposure control measures for chemical, noise, and ergonomic risks.
• Ensure full compliance with OSHA, federal, and state regulations to maintain audit readiness.
• Coordinate drug and alcohol testing and lead employee wellness initiatives.
• Collaborate with HSE&C teams, site managers, and external medical providers to improve workplace safety.

Requirements

• Nursing or Medical degree with a specialization in Occupational Health.
• Experience delivering health services within industrial, manufacturing, mining, energy, or construction environments.
• Proven expertise in medical surveillance and occupational health case management.
• Strong knowledge of industrial hygiene principles and OSHA regulatory compliance.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% throughout the U.S.
