What you will do

• Review patient charts and clinical notes on a weekly basis
• Audit records for discrepancies, inconsistencies, and abnormalities
• Ensure clinical notes are cohesive, comprehensive, and logically sound
• Verify alignment with insurance company requirements and expectations
• Alert management to documentation issues discovered during reviews
• Support insurance audit preparation and compliance efforts

Requirements

• At least 2 years of medical or healthcare background required
• Experience with healthcare documentation and record-keeping
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Familiarity with insurance requirements and healthcare compliance
• Excellent written communication skills for reporting findings
• Ability to work 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST
