Position: Senior C++ Engineer

We're looking for a Senior C++ Engineer to join the team developing the core trading engine for a global electronic trading platform.
The team is focused on the core trading engine where actual trading happens — processing incoming messages, matching trades, and implementing various trading protocols such as RFQ, Click-to-Trade, and List Trading.
A key aspect of the role is leveraging modern AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, and internal solutions) to accelerate onboarding, analyze code, identify bottlenecks, and improve development efficiency.
What You Will Do
▫️Develop and enhance core trading systems for Fixed Income and Derivative Securities
▫️Work effectively in a small, high-performing software development team
▫️Collaborate with both technical team members and non-technical business stakeholders
▫️Contribute to the continuous improvement of the trading technology stack
Required
▫️Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
▫️5+ years of professional C++ development experience (C++14/20) in Windows/Linux environments
▫️Strong core CS fundamentals: OOP, STL, multithreading, concurrency
▫️Experience with high-performance systems (low-latency, high-throughput, distributed)
▫️Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, latency, throughput)
▫️Strong debugging skills and ability to work with large codebases
▫️Experience using AI tools in development/debugging workflows
▫️Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams
Nice to Have
▫️Experience developing financial software or trading systems (e.g., Fixed Income, Derivatives)
▫️Experience with SQL stored procedures
▫️Knowledge of relational database design and implementation
