What you will do

• Develop and execute the Culturelle brand strategy aligned with business objectives, consumer insights, and category trends.
• Manage the brand's profit and loss (P&L) performance to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
• Execute integrated marketing programs across digital, social, PR, shopper marketing, and healthcare professional channels.
• Lead innovation initiatives, including new product development, portfolio expansion, and packaging modernization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Science, Innovation, Design, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Manage agency partners to ensure the delivery of strategic priorities and business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) brand marketing (preference for health, wellness, or nutrition).
• Minimum 2 years of experience directly managing others.
• Proven track record of developing brand strategies and delivering business growth via strategic marketing.
• Strong proficiency in utilizing consumer insights, market research, and syndicated data for decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Must be based in or able to work from Shelton, CT, USA.
