Software Engineer (SaaS)

TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 USD

What you will do

• Identify root causes of technical issues and respond to production incidents.
• Configure programs and data flows between hirify.global and OEM or Utility partners.
• Debug codebase issues using Java, Python, and TypeScript.
• Build dashboards on top of the data warehouse to provide team insights.
• Create and maintain Python scripts for data migrations and process improvements.
• Participate in an on-call rotation every 3–4 weeks to support critical issues.

Requirements

• Experience with a scripting language such as Python.
• Proficiency with AWS ecosystem and debugging tools like Cloudwatch, Sentry, or Datadog.
• Experience using Postman for 3rd Party API testing.
• Understanding of code versioning concepts and git.
• Must have valid US work authorization (no sponsorship available).
• Ability to combine information from multiple sources to identify root causes.
