What you will do

• Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences.
• Manage and audit the HRIS (Rippling) to ensure 100% accuracy in records, tax allocations, and compensation.
• Administer health, welfare, and retirement programs (401k) in collaboration with finance and brokers.
• Partner with managers as the first point of contact for HR policies, performance management, and employee relations.
• Optimize recruiting workflows and manage ATS data integrity in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team.
• Act as the local People Ops representative for the San Francisco office, managing vendor relationships and facilities.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco, CA to work in-person 5 days a week.
• 4+ years of experience in HR Operations, as an HR Generalist, or HRBP, preferably in a fast-growing tech company.
• Hands-on expertise in AI-powered operations.
• Proven ability to maintain high data integrity and execution excellence in fast-paced environments.
• Strong professional communication skills and the ability to handle ambiguity with a solution-oriented mindset.
