Head of Brand (Marketing)

Location: Hybrid in São Paulo, Brazil (Remote options may be discussed with the recruiter).

What you will do

• Define and execute the brand strategy for Brazil in alignment with global goals.
• Lead and develop the local Brand Marketing team, managing performance and career planning.
• Regionalize global campaigns, adapting tone of voice and content to the local market context.
• Implement AI tools for content generation and research as a standard team workflow.
• Collaborate with Social Media, Demand Gen, and Product Marketing to align priorities.
• Manage budgets and relationships with Brazilian brand vendors and agencies.

Requirements

• Solid experience in brand marketing and team leadership.
• Background in high-growth environments or regionalized operations.
• Proven proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney).
• Fluent English for global stakeholder communication.
• Native or fluent Portuguese for local team and market management.
• Must be based in or able to work from Brazil.
