Retail Sales Representative (CPG)

Location: Must be based in the US and able to work in the field 5 days per week

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 USD

What you will do

• Execute and close sales calls for assigned store accounts to achieve target sales goals.
• Manage the execution of sales programs and initiatives to ensure maximum profitability.
• Maintain appropriate product inventory levels and ensure adherence to merchandising standards.
• Secure and maintain quality product displays and leverage POS materials to drive sales.
• Build rapport with store KDMs to achieve advantageous shelf positioning and increased space.
• Report customer needs, competitive activities, and market trends to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree.
• 1-2 years of sales experience (preferred).
• 1-2 years of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Work in the field 5 days per week (early starts 6-7 am).
• Excellent driving record and willingness to drive.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50lbs.
