What you will do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and restore machinery and electrical systems across all production areas.
• Maintain electrical infrastructure, including AC/DC drives, motors, sensors, and control systems.
• Diagnose faults in circuits, electronic components, and plant control systems.
• Navigate PLC programs for troubleshooting and perform basic controlled edits.
• Support Ethernet-based communications systems through network analysis and integration.
• Identify root causes of equipment failure to implement long-term corrective actions.

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of AC/DC drive systems and speed feedback devices.
• Proficiency with PLC and HMI systems, including communication paths and program navigation.
• Deep understanding of electrical circuits, power electronics, and PID loops.
• Experience with electrical diagnostic tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
• Ability to troubleshoot Ethernet communications and industrial networks.
• Must be able to work onsite in McKinney, TX, following a 7pm - 7am schedule.
