What you will do

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and break/fix repairs for advanced AV and video conferencing systems.
• Support executive-level meetings, including setup, monitoring, and active troubleshooting.
• Conduct daily room sweeps and bi-annual preventative maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
• Act as the technical escalation point for all AV equipment issues and interface with manufacturers and engineers.
• Track and report on AV ticket issues, providing analytical data to meet client metrics.
• Collaborate with client teams and internal engineering staff to implement process improvements for AV spaces.

Requirements

• Must be based in Los Angeles, CA and available for on-site work Monday-Friday.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level AV support.
• CTS certification from AVIXA or relevant manufacturer certifications (e.g., Crestron, QSC, Cisco).
• Proficiency with AutoCAD/Visio for reading rack layouts and cabling diagrams.
• Strong knowledge of AV signal flow, Dante, and commercial control systems.
• Ability to pass a background screen and drug test.

• Experience with site surveys, rack construction, and cable pulling.
