What you will do

• Troubleshoot and program PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS control systems.
• Respond to equipment downtime issues to ensure rapid resolution.
• Install, calibrate, and maintain field wiring and electrical sensors.
• Read and interpret complex control system design documents, including P&IDs and schematics.
• Assist with mechanical repairs as required by plant operations.
• Follow and trace data signals across various industrial networks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent technical training.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial controls system maintenance.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including confined spaces and heights up to 250 feet.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver up to 100 pounds.
• Must pass a pre-employment physical exam and drug screening.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ovation, Wonderware, and Allen Bradley systems.
• CEMS (Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems) experience.
