Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies and prevent excessive verdicts.
• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials.
• Manage full case handling responsibilities, including all facets of discovery and trial.
• Collaborate with a multi-level team and maintain routine communications with clients.
• Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with the firm's existing and future clients.
• Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to less experienced attorneys.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA approved school.
• Active bar license in the State of Connecticut.
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, specifically in litigation support, deposition, and trial preparation.
• Ability to manage complex litigation matters independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience handling insurance defense matters (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
