What you will do

• Develop and maintain data pipelines to meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Implement monitoring and alerting systems to ensure high data quality.
• Collaborate on defining and evolving the target data architecture.
• Support business analysts and database experts with technical expertise.
• Work with Python, PySpark, and Airflow to process large-scale financial data.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Amsterdam or London.
• Must be able to work 4 days per week in the office.
• English: C1 proficiency required.
• Proven experience as a data engineer building and troubleshooting business-critical pipelines.
• Experience in a regulated environment, preferably within the financial industry.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted software engineering practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake for reporting purposes.
• Background in Data Governance or Data Quality Management.
