What you will do

• Design, build, and operate scalable platforms supporting funding strategies, inventory allocation, and stock loan workflows.
• Own end-to-end engineering delivery for strategic financing initiatives, from requirements analysis through production release.
• Digitize business processes and strategies in partnership with trading, stock loan, inventory management, synthetic products, operations, prime services, and engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain software components across requirements, design, development, testing, and release.
• Build reliable capabilities that reduce manual work and support growing volumes across the Equities business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in computer science, electrical engineering, physics, or another STEM discipline.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience in Java, Python, C++, or another object-oriented language, including data structures and algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with unit testing and a good understanding of test-driven development.
• Strong SDLC practices, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated build, test, and deployment workflows.
• Ability to understand and debug large unfamiliar codebases, analyze complex system interdependencies, and solve non-trivial technical problems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical audiences; an interest in financial services is expected.
