What you will do

• Plan and manage large-scale enterprise geospatial data and situational-awareness capabilities across scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives for multidisciplinary software teams.
• Coordinate integrated engineering, data, infrastructure, and security activities from design through operations.
• Collaborate with product owners to maintain an ordered, actionable backlog in Jira aligned with program goals.
• Identify and track program risks and issues via a Risk Registry, implementing recovery plans and escalation paths.
• Elicit and document business, functional, technical, and user-experience requirements from stakeholders.

Requirements

• Public Trust Clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Geography, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project delivery experience and 3+ years serving as a Scrum Master for software-development teams.
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PSM, PMI-ACP, or comparable Agile credential.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise GIS, ESRI Portal/ArcGIS Enterprise, and AWS cloud environments.
• Previous experience managing programs for DHS or other US federal agencies.
• Knowledge of federal acquisition governance, SELC, CPIC, and Section 508 compliance.
• Experience managing mixed FFP and T&M contracts.
