What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable backend systems and services.

• Collaborate with product, data, and platform teams to deliver high-quality features.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Leeds, UK.
• Strong software engineering experience building production systems.
• Solid understanding of system design, scalability, and performance.
• Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages.
• Experience with version control, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating AI into production systems.
• Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, or embeddings.
• Experience with AWS cloud platforms.
• Awareness of emerging AI tooling like MCP or A2A.
