What you will do

• Design and build AI agent workflows and LLM-powered systems for real business use cases.
• Develop and integrate tools for agents, including APIs, internal services, databases, and knowledge sources.
• Improve agent quality, latency, reliability, and safety through continuous testing and evaluation.
• Build prompt structures, orchestration logic, memory patterns, and human handoff flows.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to translate ambiguous problems into practical AI solutions.
• Contribute to backend services and internal platforms to support end-to-end delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of software engineering or AI engineering experience (including internships/projects).
• Strong programming fundamentals in Java or Python; TypeScript or backend development experience is a plus.
• Solid software engineering judgment regarding APIs, debugging, system design, and data handling.
• Strong curiosity and knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, tool use, retrieval, and evaluation.
• Ability to learn new domains quickly and operate effectively in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Personal projects or hackathons involving LLM apps, AI agents, RAG, or automation tools.
• Familiarity with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, vector databases, or agent orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with backend systems, cloud environments, and production observability.
• Exposure to fintech, crypto, customer support systems, or risk/compliance processes.
