What you will do

• Conduct deep SQL analyses to identify customer-impacting issues and provide actionable recommendations that quantifiably change outcomes.
• Define and develop department-level metrics and dashboards to monitor account health and influence change.
• Partner across the organization to identify systematic gaps in current workflows and operational processes.
• Develop automation to accelerate revenue, mitigate business risk, and increase efficiency within Starlink Business Operations.
• Own end-to-end data integrity, tool maintenance, and reporting quality.
• Collaborate with software development teams on table structures and front-end requirements for future data capture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of professional experience in reporting and analytics within customer operations, supply chain, or consulting.
• 3+ years of experience building datasets and managing dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• 3+ years of professional experience in at least one analytics language (e.g., Python, R).
• 1+ years of experience leading projects.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee to conform to U.S. Government export regulations (ITAR).

Nice to have

• Advanced SQL proficiency, including advanced joins, views, and query optimization.
• Strong understanding of database structures and ETL development.
• Intermediate coding skills in VBA, Python, or C# for automating analytics tasks.
