What you will do

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from inception to production maintenance.
• Build and maintain a design system and component library to accelerate feature development.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to improve user and developer experiences.
• Design and implement scalable, reliable frontend systems.
• Contribute to feature ideation and proactively identify areas for technical improvement.
• Help scale the engineering organization and define development processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in NYC and able to work 5 days onsite.
• 4+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Experience building platform services from scratch in resource-constrained environments.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar web development languages.
• Strong foundation in computer science and coding principles.
• Desire to stay current with advancements in software engineering.
