What you will do

• Own end-to-end feature delivery from technical design to production release for the AI Governance Platform.
• Build innovative interaction patterns, including natural language configuration interfaces and agentic chat UX.
• Develop complex policy editors and observability dashboards using React, TypeScript, and AWS Cloudscape Design System.
• Collaborate with UX designers and product managers to invent new interaction patterns for AI administration.
• Contribute to front-end architecture, focusing on component design, state management, and performance optimization.
• Partner with backend engineers and applied scientists to bring complex AI capabilities to life.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in New York, NY, USA
• 2+ years of professional front-end, web, or mobile software development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Strong foundation in computer science (object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms).

• Experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
