Senior HR Manager

Senior HR Manager (HR Business Partner): Providing comprehensive HR support and strategic guidance to leadership teams within Universal Entertainment with an accent on organizational design, employee relations, and performance management. Location: Must be based in Universal City, California (Hybrid: 4 days per week in-office).

Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Partner with senior leadership to execute business goals through strategic HR practices.
• Lead key initiatives including performance management, organizational planning, and compensation.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations in partnership with Legal.
• Foster a positive employee culture by balancing business needs with employee engagement.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition to define recruitment strategies and ensure quality hiring.
• Manage special projects and process improvements as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of relevant HR experience including recruiting, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Proven experience as a business partner working effectively with all levels of leadership.
• Strong conflict resolution, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Must be able to work from the office in Universal City, CA, at least 4 days per week.
