What you will do

• Design, develop, and manage global sales territories across various markets, regions, and customer segments.
• Build prioritized target company portfolios based on ICP fit, buying signals, and sales capacity.
• Develop transparent methodologies for account scoring, segmentation, and prioritization.
• Partner with the VP of Sales and regional leaders to validate and refine territory portfolios.
• Manage and mentor a Data Enrichment team of 3 specialists, overseeing daily operations.
• Optimize data processes using tools such as Cognism, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and HG Insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Territory Management, Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or a related commercial function.
• Hands-on experience in B2B business development, lead generation, or sales leadership.
• Proven experience designing territories and building prioritized target-company portfolios.
• Experience managing a small team of 3–5 people in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and/or BI tools.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
