What you will do

• Build, release, and support test solutions for internal manufacturing lines and contract manufacturing partners.
• Develop Python and shell scripts to control test instruments, capture parameters, and analyze results for continuous improvement.
• Implement comprehensive test coverage across all manufacturing phases, including PCBA, module, system, and vehicle levels.
• Release updated test programs for new generations of hardware and software.
• Establish best practices to drive improvements in test deployment, runtime, and yield.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or an equivalent technical degree.
• 8+ years of industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of Python and shell (bash) scripting.
• Strong knowledge of testing and troubleshooting complex electronic assemblies in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience developing automated manufacturing tests on Linux and debugging failures via the terminal.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• MS in a relevant technical field.
• Experience with lidars, cameras, and radars.
• Knowledge of test frameworks such as pytest or unittest.
• Familiarity with automotive protocols like CAN and automotive ethernet.
