What you will do

• Support the ideation, production, post-production, and distribution of the executive interview show.
• Identify high-impact topics and clips and perform hands-on social video editing.
• Collaborate with talent on research, topic ideation, and show structure.
• Assist the booking team with guest preparation and execution.
• Partner with the social director to develop strategies for audience growth on X and LinkedIn.
• Coordinate with multifunctional teams to ensure content quality and project alignment.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York, NY (On-site)
• 2-4 years of experience in media and podcast production, including live or live-to-tape experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere and Pro Tools.
• Strong knowledge of business, financial markets, and the economy.
• Deep understanding of social platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to interface professionally with executive communications and PR teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Photoshop.
