Location: Hybrid in New York, NY (minimum 4 days per week in office)

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000

What you will do

• Lead small to mid-sized programs from initial planning through on-site execution and reconciliation.
• Contribute to high-profile, large-scale events by owning specific workstreams, logistics, and operational components.
• Oversee venue sourcing, vendor coordination, run-of-show development, and guest experience.
• Develop and track event budgets, process invoices, and negotiate vendor contracts.
• Interface directly with C-suite executives and internal stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.
• Provide guidance and day-to-day direction to Associates, Coordinators, and project-based team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in events, hospitality, entertainment, or experiential marketing.
• Proven track record of independently leading events from concept to completion.
• Experience working with executive-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in New York, NY and able to travel up to 40%.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the event schedule.
