Salary: $81,537 - $110,315 per year

What you will do

• Facilitate in-person and virtual learning experiences for mid- and senior-level leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities.
• Analyze complex business needs to identify skill gaps and determine optimal facilitation methodologies.
• Design and develop performance-focused learning solutions and asynchronous eLearning content.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to assess training needs and implement strategic L&D tools.
• Coach and mentor less experienced training specialists and instructional designers on program management.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training courses and recommend continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6-8 years of experience delivering training in in-person and virtual settings.
• Proficiency in instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE) and Bloom’s taxonomy for lesson planning.
• Experience with eLearning development tools and learning management systems (LMS).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or certification in HR, Business, or Training & Development.
• Project management certification and experience leading large-scale learning initiatives.
• Knowledge of insurance, investment, or banking products.
• Experience with corporate coaching and mentoring.
