What you will do

• Manage the full Product Lifecycle, from defining the product vision and roadmap to scheduling planned work.
• Identify product gaps and generate ideas to grow market share and improve customer experience.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Collaborate with Finance and Commercial teams to develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
• Coordinate with Development and Configuration teams to ensure optimal resource use and quick time-to-market.
• Act as a product evangelist and visit customers to gather feedback for product enhancements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management and managing products throughout their entire lifecycle.
• Ability to develop marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executive management.
• Technical background with an understanding of software development and web technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Location: Must be based in Cardiff, Wales, United Kingdom.
