What you will do

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and tools for Key Accounts and the Off-Premise network.
• Lead the planning and delivery of monthly distribution activation presentations and national sales communications.
• Translate brand marketing campaigns into actionable sales and distribution plans for stakeholders.
• Create a monthly suite of sales enablement materials, including meeting decks, sell sheets, and video content.
• Analyze and optimize internal sales processes and communication guidelines in alignment with global strategies.
• Manage cross-functional timelines and work-back schedules to deliver essential resources to sales teams.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or authorized to work in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
• Strong project management experience with a track record of on-time delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Circana or similar databases for research and data synthesis.
• Ability to travel 10-20%.

Nice to have

• Management consulting experience.
• Knowledge of in-store execution, merchandising, and POS in a direct store delivery (DSD) model.
