What you will do

• Lead the annual Business Planning (BP) process with distributors to align with regional priorities and quantitative targets.
• Manage annual volume plans and allocate trade funds and Point of Sale (POS) resources.
• Drive accountability for distributor performance, focusing on volume achievement and in-store execution excellence.
• Analyze market and distributor data (IRI, MPR dashboards) to generate actionable insights and tactical plans.
• Implement regional and national Key Account (KA) programs to secure growth in top-tier accounts.
• Coordinate with marketing to execute brand initiatives and ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of success within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, ideally in beverages.
• Experience working within a Direct Store Delivery (DSD) distribution environment.
• Ability to coach others in Off Premise sales and influence distributor decision-makers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• English: Fluent (C1) required
