What you will do

• Oversee assigned customer accounts to ensure service performance aligns with agreement scopes and customer satisfaction.
• Implement life cycle services and step-by-step improvement programs to maintain customer competitiveness and profitability.
• Facilitate production line studies and audits to develop efficiency and generate improvement ideas.
• Support the sales and delivery projects of Performance Agreements.
• Coordinate and introduce hirify.global technology support to agreement customers.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the Paper Industry.
• Willingness to travel within North America approximately once every 6 weeks.
• Must be able to pass a background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen.
