What you will do

• Lead end-to-end deal flow for colocation and wholesale capacity across the Americas, identifying and qualifying providers.
• Negotiate complex multi-megawatt agreements, including LOIs, term sheets, MSAs, and lease expansions.
• Build and review detailed financial models focusing on TCO, NPV, capital exposure, and sensitivity analysis.
• Align contracted colocation inventory and delivery timelines with long-range compute demand forecasts.
• Manage the colocation lease portfolio through renewals and optimization to control costs and mitigate risk.
• Mentor junior team members and serve as the primary commercial lead for wholesale operators and landlords.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data center leasing, wholesale procurement, or data center real estate.
• Proven track record of closing large, complex, multi-megawatt infrastructure deals.
• Strong expertise in commercial evaluation and financial modeling (TCO, NPV).
• Technical fluency in power (kW/MW, density), cooling, PUE, and redundancy concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% based on business needs.
