What you will do

• Enhance content discoverability using tagging, categorization, SEO, and AI-powered search features.
• Manage global virtual event calendars and logistics, ensuring alignment with business priorities and participant availability.
• Coordinate communications with research analysts, presenters, and marketing teams to manage deadlines and updates.
• Analyze audience engagement and participation trends to identify opportunities for program improvement.
• Standardize workflows and operational practices to support scalability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, operations, or related roles (preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Drive.
