What you will do

• Design, implement, and operate core networking services powering hirify.global's Sandboxes platform across local and public cloud environments.
• Build scalable networking infrastructure for microVM orchestration, workload scheduling, and lifecycle management.
• Develop high-performance networking components for multi-tenant agentic workloads (data-plane and control-plane).
• Ensure networking reliability, observability, and performance across Sandbox infrastructure, including incident response via on-call.
• Collaborate with product, platform, and security teams; participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and design documents.
• Improve deployment pipeline automation and CI/CD; debug and resolve production issues across distributed systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building and leading large-scale cloud or distributed systems with a focus on networking foundations.
• Experience with microservices architecture, container networking, service mesh, policy enforcement, and container orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with kernel and user-space networking technologies, including Linux networking and tools such as OVS/OVN, DPDK, and eBPF.
• Strong understanding of highly available, secure, and observable networking infrastructure.
• Strong cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) and related scalability patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills in distributed environments; strong communication across remote, cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tooling and monitoring/CI/CD pipelines.
