What you will do

• Lead and scale a high-performing product management team through coaching and mentorship.
• Own the roadmap and execution for the platform, including identity, billing, and developer experience.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
• Define product strategy balancing technical depth, business outcomes, and market expansion.
• Ensure platform scalability, performance, and extensibility for cloud and self-managed environments.
• Implement data-driven decision-making frameworks to measure success and iterate on capabilities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management with at least 3 years of leadership experience.
• Proven track record of scaling enterprise SaaS and B2B software products.
• Deep technical acumen with experience in cloud-native and hybrid enterprise environments.
• Strong go-to-market expertise and ability to collaborate with sales and marketing.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
